Brilliant, I loved the piece and what a nice change to see something given
30 minutes rather than 5 or so which is definitely not enough. He seemed
completely out of his depth for just a few minutes but you got him right in
to it and his responses were pretty good. I went into the lace making
without any interest in its history 12 years ago, but of course it doesn't
take long to find they are all interlinked but I did feel you linked the old
and the modern so well.
Certainly we have all noticed that over the last couple of years fashion has
included lace in many ways again.

Hi all,
Good news to share. I landed an interview on our local TV station to talk
about Lace - a 30 minute interview. The anticipation was getting to me, I
had to send them questions - they wanted five, I sent 15 (thanks to help
from lace friends); they wanted five pictures; I sent them 70.
I had been giving my talk "Lace is Everywhere" so much of what I would
speak about was done - though I did more.
Please take a moment to watch the show.... the lace interview begins at
about 32.15 into the clip. I hope we can get the numbers on the hits of
'views' as I would like to begin to tape more shows for our lace community.
