Hedebo is to Denmark what Hardanger is to Norway.

Is anyone planning a trip to the Greve Museum in Denmark in the next 2
months?

I am trying to get "Hedebo Embroidery - A World of Variations" from them.

There is a lot of confusion as to how to classify Hedebo. It clearly
started as embroidery several centuries ago, but its character changed at the
end of the 1800s to cut work filled with needle lace stitches, and that is
reflected in the title of the earlier 2000 book "Tulips in Hedebo Needle
Lace" a 128-page soft cover book that was priced $20 at the time of purchase.
I do not know who sold it to me. Maybe it was bought at the OIDFA
Congress in Lund Sweden.

The newer book has 156 pages, and bears a price of 200 DKR. The museum is
quoting to my local book store a price of $90, including postage in that
number, They do not accept Pay Pal, so our local bank has quoted a fee of
$30 for a wire transfer !!! Perhaps there is a misunderstanding due to
language difference ?

I am writing an article about Hedebo, and think it extremely important to
have everything in print from the one museum most qualified to explain it.
At a U.S. cost of $120, who would buy a copy of the book ?
