We are off on our trip tomorrow. I am looking forward to seeing some of you
at Sacramento, soon!

Devon - Many thanks for your interesting article in the Bulletin, - which
arrived here on Friday. Mary shields article was interesting too.

I will keep a check on the notice board, then, Janice, as I don't want to
miss the Arachne get-together.

I will be spending my mornings there in the Gold & Silver Early Laces class
with Gil dye. Can't wait!!!!!! :) I am interested in learning how the
worked their laces in those days, - their crossings were different, - and
even used a crochet hook, I believe. Also they used fewer pins, and I tried
that with a piece from Rosemary Shepherds book, - and it is not easy!!
I love the piece shown on the cover of Le Pompe, and hope to learn enough to
make that -Their way - one day!!

I'm looking forward to some warmer weather, too!!!!!!! We seem to get an
icy blast each day - straight off Antarctica!!!!!

Regards from Liz in wintery Melbourne, Oz.
