The only ESSENTIAL rule is to respect the size, but I suspect you're having trouble printing out to the right size (I certainly can't, but I have the photocopy Josianne gave me 2 years ago!) If you, or anyone else, would like a photocopy that is the correct size, just send me your snail-mail address and I'll pop it in the post. Three are already on their way...
