Dear Fellow Aracheans, When the question was asked about when the next issue of the I.O.L.I. Bulletin was due to arrive in mailboxes, I was in Paris for the week.
I had proofread the magazine earlier in September, for the Editor, who unfortunately is not a subscriber to Arachne.
