Hello Patricia Have you tried system restore? When you swtich the computer on, you get a screen with shortcuts etc. There should be a search bar (mine is bottom left). In it type "system restore", and a list of programmes comes up incl. system restore or some similar name. Click on it and on the screen you'll get "open system restore". Next screen says something like: "Restore system files and settings". There should be a list of several restore points. Choose one and click on next, and it will say "Confirm your restore point". Cliock "Finish" and the computer should go back to an earlier point in time. This may solve the problem. Agnes Boddingon Elloughton UK
Subject: [lace] Computer tech help if possible, please I have phoned my local computer shop but the person there is not familiar with Mozilla Firefox. Somehow my computer has gone into full screen and I lose all the directional arrows, bookmarks etc. The only way to move from one site to another is by switching off and then on again. My question is does anyone know of a key or combination of keys which will restore the status quo? I waa told to try F10 but that doesn't work and I had already tried Escape before phoning.
