Janice is correct, we are working on having "pay as you go" concessions
available for a quick lunch at the hotel. We are meeting with the hotel
tomorrow about this very topic, so I will have more information soon. I'm not
sure if complete box lunches will be available, or ala cart items. Which
would you prefer? The concessions would be open to all attendees, but the
Arachne folks would gather in a designated portion of the ballroom. A
similar setup would be available for the OIDFA gathering as well. We will
also be discussing options for breakfast.

Regarding classes, spread the word to your embroidery friends that one of the
new owners of the Nordic Needle, Debi Feyh, will be teaching Hardanger
embroidery throughout the week. It's unfortunate that Decorah's Vesterheim
Norwegian-American Museum is a 2.5 hour drive north and too far to include in
our scheduled tours. But if you are traveling from that direction I highly
encourage a brief stop! They have all sorts of lace techniques on display and
even a bobbin lace pillow!
