Hello Jeri and everyone
Just a heads-up, the 'apostrophes' that show in your message window are
probably not in the original e-mail.
Rather the sender has put an extra space after each period, something we
did as a rule back in the days
of manual typing. Computer formatting expects a single space after a period
or full-stop.
If there is a double space, then at the receiving end some mail programs
will convert it to text, or symbol.
Gmail shows the message as writ.

Two spaces after the period was a habit which I had to un-learn asap for
desktop publishing!

Note to Sharon in Cumberland, BC I'm sure your efforts will pay off, keep
us posted :)
