Hello Sue and everyone It is a 'phishing' e-mail faked to look like it is from WhatsApp messaging software.
Don't click on the 'play' button or any links if you get such a message - it can absorb e-mails in your directory and will send phony messages to those, too. For Janet Theaker, it looks like your e-mail address was compromised. You should change your password for it.
