I agree - when I first saw it I thought they were dancing, but the text below says:- "Among the group was Louis Le Prince, who had with him a curious mahogany box. He asked the others in attendance - his son, parents-in-law and a friend - to stand in front of the box and walk in a circle." If this was the first ever movie, I suppose walking would be as much as you would expect to cope with; dancing might come later. Such a pity about his early death. However, I can see the vacation ahead, lots of time - at last - to make some lace . . . if only I can remember how!)
