Hello, I will be in Bulgaria for the Koprivshtitsa Folk Festival next month. Does anyone know if there will be lace makers there (and how to find them)? The festival does not seem to have a website; the main attraction is folk dancing but I would expect other folk arts too.
There is a town nearby called Kalofer, which has its own lace festival every year in mid-August, but I will be with a tour group and probably cannot make a side trip to see it.
