You can download samples of some Kindle books to see how they're laid out.
Taken me a bit of time to sort it out, but you need to make sure you've got
the latest of Kindle to read samples - version 1.12.2 or later.

Finally managed to download the sample of Practical Skills and it's similar to
Lace Bee's description of Bobbin Lace Stitches in that one page is spread over
several Kindle pages. Mainly it's one diagram per page, sometimes two per
page. For instance for winding a bobbin, each stage is on a different page. On
my tablet that' one diagram on a separate screen, but on my PC at least there
are two pages side-by-side.

Don't think I'll be bothering.
