The French book by Michelle Andrieu has two embroidered and one lace alphabet. The lace alphabet, shich is the first, is in 'éternelle', whole stitch and leaf tallies. Only four pairs, qick and effective. There is also Pat read's Celtic alphabet. And at dentellièresfrancheville.blogspot;com there are the first numbers (but not tape lace, though I suppose you could use a Milanese braid...)
