I collected all the first issue of Golden Hands in the 1970's when I had just started making Bobbin Lace.  I still have them, and refer to them from time to time.  They printed an index part way through but to get the full index one had to purchase the next publication, and I had no money/incentive to carry on, as I had more than enough ideas from the 106 copies.
