Hello All! My first piece of New Pitsligo style Scottish lace is posted to Flickr. Lorri very kindly sent me her Bird's Eye pattern from Canadian Lacemaker Gazette. The 100/2 Egyptian cotton seems sparse so next time I will select a thicker thread. Also wondering if more twists would make it more tidy. Luckily, I used beaded bobbins that corresponded with the colors of the thread paths--it is a bit tricky. Onwards to the next pattern! Sincerely, Susan Hottle USA
