Hereby you can find our preliminary programme for the courses, the congress and last but not least the lacetour through Belgium. As you can see we prepare a 6 days lacetour, we will be visiting traditional exhibitions as well as very modern ones. Treasury rooms wiil be open in Kortrijk ( Textiliumà , Aalst ( chantilly), Antwerp ( Carolus Borromeus), Brussels ( Cinquantenaire ), Liège ( private Collections ), Leuven ( private collections ), etc.

The tour will take place 18 September - 1 October 2017 and there are a limited number of places available. This will be the last time I will be running this tour as numerous other work and family commitments make it increasingly difficult to get away for long periods of time. It has been a lot of fun though and a real pleasure to visit these places with so many lovely lace makers. You can find out more information here: http://www.textilesupport.net/textile-tours Before I stop leading tours altogether I would also like to do a tour about lace in Central Italy: Umbria, Abruzzo and the Marches, as I have had several requests for this. I would like to organise this for the second half of April 2018 would like to get an idea of how many people would be interested in coming. The whole tour would have to be done by minibus as it is a difficult part of Italy to get around, so we would need between 10 and 15 people to run the tour. If anyone is interested please get in touch and I will put together an itinerary.
