Hi There, I thought this would be the place to ask. Do any of you hank and dye thread? I have dyed a lot of regular yarn, but I am not sure If i can do the same thing with thread. Obviously the thread will take up the dye differently depending on how the thread was spun and treated.
My main question is, can I hank the thread on a small diy niddy noddy, tie it with figure 8 ties like yarn, and the thread will be ok and wind off neatly like yarn? I hope this is an OK question.
