Technically yes it is possible but you are looking at a 3 hour journey each way on the Saturday according to Google. Take the train from London Waterloo to Bournemouth or Poole and then get a bus to Wimborne Alternatively a Sunday journey will take around 4 hours each way. You may also find that you are on a Rail Replacement Bus Service as Network Rail tends to do repairs at the weekends. Sorry to be so negative!
