I have been enjoying storage for my threads in the "Plano Metal Car Garages" These plastic storage containers are double-sided and can hold several spools of thread on each side of the box. When they were sold as Car Garages, they were relatively cheap, but now that they are being sold as thread storage boxes, they are more in the neighborhood of $15.00. I have seen them on lacing sales tables but cannot remember who was selling them. My last one was found at JoAnn Fabrics or Hobby Lobby.
