The IOLI Library has four volumes of Luton Lace Treasury by Sally Berry. On the IOLI site they are described as Bucks but the Luton Pattern Book included other types. Sorry to say, I’ve borrowed the books & don’t recall exactly what Ms. Berry researched & diagrammed. They ARE worth borrowing even if they don’t contain the sheet 42 sample you seek!
