Robin asks: Whose morning? Whatever is designated "ground zero", there will be 23 other time zones. If it's, say, 8 AM in Greenwich, it's 1AM here in California, around dinner time in India, and roughly bedtime in Australia. Worse, if it's morning in Australia, it's tomorrow (or is it yesterday?) in the US, because of the International Date Line!
Good question, Robin. It is 7 AM Pacific time which is the time that we are making our schedule in (ground zero in your parlance). As you know, I am in New York time, so I am becoming adept at adding on 3 hours to Pacific time. So it is 10 am New York time, or Eastern Daylight time. I urge all others to take advantage of internet time converters, just to be sure, but I think that is 3 pm British Summer time, and 4 pm Central European time. These tours are hiding under the soubriquet of "Special Presentation"on the schedule to be found at https://sites.google.com/internationalorganizationoflace.org/uncon/event-details/special-events-members-only?authuser=0 This vagueness is because there are still a lot of details to be worked out.
