G'day fellow Arachneans,
Several weeks ago I received replacement copies of the OIDFA Bulletin
(No. 2 - 2021) because my original copies had never arrived. BTW I
currently receive 2 copies because I am an Administrative Council member
for Estonia.
Then on Monday, the original copies finally arrived, along with a batch
of mail dated May & June for my husband.
So I was wondering: what should I do with these 2 extra copies? I have
now decided to raffle them off. Obviously all OIDFA members would also
have received the same issue. So, is anyone interested? Send me your
name directly (rather than via Arachne) & I will ask a friend to pick 2
numbers, then the 2 winners can send me their postal addresses.
The contents are very interesting. There are a few pattern pages - a
Bedfordshire Lace motif (Jean Leader from UK), & Covid Lace Masks (Manca
Ahlin from Slovenia), as well as 2 snowflake needle lace patterns in an
article that I wrote about Estonian Tulle Lace.
I will wait until the last day of August to collect names, & then choose
winners on 1st September.
Here in Estonia, a 3rd wave of infections began last week, so I am
staying home & wearing a mask when outside.
