Dear Spiders
My husband has made some very nice display cases for me, at the moment they
have temporary sliding hardboard covers to protect the contents - my
collection of continental bobbins. But as I am wanting to use them for
possible public display I really don't want them on "open" show. Glass
covers will protect the contents and allow people to see them clearly, but
of course this raises the safety issue - accidents and injury from broken
glass either whilst on display or for that matter in transit. We had thought
of perspex but I don't think that has the same clear quality as glass, do
any of you have a suggestion for an alternative please as I'm sure there
must be somethng else that we can use.
many thanks

PS thank you Jacqui for letting us know about the TCC, quite dreadful.
