Monica Hahn passed away on February 15, 2009, at the age of 101. She was a lifetime member of the Lacemakers of Puget Sound, an accomplished author on lace tatting, as well as an inspiration to many people who were blessed by meeting and knowing her. She was a delightful person to know, shared all, and contributed greatly to our guild. Her memorial service is Monday, February 23, 2009. This wonderful and accomplished lacemaker will be missed by all. If you have any tatting books, one of them, most likely, was written by Monica Hahn.
