I'm not Dutch speaking, but Klos is bobbin and slag is stitch, so I assume netslag is net stitch or ground. Have a look at: http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=pqBZkXTYrukMmT23E8JxQVQ which gives quite a few English words used in lace and their equivalent in Dutch, German, French, Spanish and Danish.
