Sorry, Alex, I'm a little late coming in on this discussion, but I have a wonderful book of period fashions for dolls. It's called 'Sewing Victorian dolls clothes' and the author Hamilton and published by Lark Books. Sorry don't have the ISBN to hand and it's a mid to late 1990's publication date I think.
