NO!! PVC pipe lets off a lot of outgases and is really bad for fabric. I learned this from a textile restorationist when I made the mistake of suggesting a Qsnap frame for drying a piece of fabric we were cleaning. I had one in my needlework bag that was just the right size. The inks printed on PVC also tend to rub off on your fabric as well.
