I do much the same as Margot. I use olive oil and sugar. Pour some  olive 
oil in the palm of your hand and add about a tablespoon of sugar. Rub  hands 
together for seven minutes. Yes, I set a timer and rub away. At the end  
just rinse with warm water and blot dry with a paper towel. Your hands will be  
so smooth you will think they belong to someone else.
