Help! Does anyone know of a website showing continental lace made slowly
enough that I could copy the movements?

Thought these might help. The first one is especially good...they have her
do it in slow motion. The style is Idrija, but you might be able to adapt
it for other styles...the demo starts about 2 minutes into it but you might
enjoy the whole thing.

If you like her lace, check out the iCipka shop on etsy.com...that's how I
found it last year. The woman who makes the lace is in the video. They
also sell patterns.
I did another search on the vimeo.com site for lace making and came up with
this one. There's a very brief section about 30 seconds into it where
they're picking the bobbins up between the first knuckle of their fingers.
