I always was told/taught/thought, that antique was 100 years or older, and vintage, typically 50 or more. The only time I have heard a botch, is with someone under 20 yo. that once wasn't aware. Oh yes, and when you go in to ask a question about your computer at the store and they ask how old yours is and you say two years old, the young person says, "Ooooh, it is an old one!" Just makes me smile, as some day when they aren't living with parents and their whole budget isn't relegated to purchasing the latest electronic thing that is out, but rather, that money goes for a mortgage, car and food, their tune will change...but I digress.
