I learnt rainbow style and in order. Rainbow would be they're hung like a rainbow around a pin ie: DCBA pin ABCD.
In order on a pin is pair A, Pair B hung on same pin and laid to the left or the right or pair A, pair C, hung on same pin and laid to left or right next to pair B, etc. Bundling is just that - a wad of bobbins knotted together and hung from a pin, and pairs picked out from the bundle.
