Dear Ann and others, When I did the Crucifixion I was very pleased with the work of the framer. It was attached to a piece of dark fabric and the frame had extra layer around the edge so the glass would not touch the work. I made it for my Dad's 80th birthday and it has returned to me now that he is living with family and not in his own place. Cannot remember the precise details except that acid free was mentioned, was almost 10 years ago.
