I concur with Lorelei.

I found this out the hard way - I thought I had all the same thread (a white
50 Broder machine) and it is all the same, but I discovered to my horror
that some of the pairs I'd wound for a project aren't as white as others.  I
must've had some thread left over from a project that had been on some
bobbins that I wound on, knowing I wasn't going to need long lengths, and it
must be 'old', as it's almost cream in comparison to the white.  However,
intermingled in the project, no one will know and pick the ever so subtle
difference.

If you can't find the bright white, I think you may be OK, if you're able to
spread the additional pairs throughout the work.
