Sue, I believe I got it - gave me something to do over lunch :) I get Arachne on digest, however, so if you already have the answer I don't want to spam the list. I'll write up my take on it; just let me know if you still want it. I will say, the instructions for A are very middle-of-a-step, so very unhelpful. I'm not a fan of how this was written, I admit.
