Rather than adding it to every message, a standard message could be prepared
and then sent out once a month on a regular basis. New items/suppliers
could be added to the top and marked with an asterisk and suppliers/books
that go out of business/print could be deleted. Then it would only be one
message once a month (in suggesting this I'm not offering to do it!)
