Hi, I notice Orange is listed in Poland and UK. I added Orange (France) orange.fr to my list and it works fine.
As it happens, I have a pay as you go Mobicarte. We get 50 free SMS per month. I don't really want SMS notification, but I did want to test it and it works using "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" without prefix.
