Hello. My name is Evan Prodromou; I'm the original developer of Laconica, the software you use for Saigonica. I'm glad to see that you're developing a localized version of the software for your community.
However, I note that the "source" link and AGPL notification have been removed. These links are a requirement of the license for the software; without them, you may not use Laconica. They're also just common courtesy; you're providing a service based on the code and translation work of dozens of people. Please restore the links; it should be quite easy to make a tarball of your changes and make them available. We'd love to get your translations of the software in Vietnamese into the core code.
