So, the big problem here is that if you're a member of group groupname
and also subbed to fred, you get two messages with almost identical
content. You don't want that.
So, instead I've made it so the original notice goes into the inboxes of
all group members, with a flag that says why it got there (group
membership).
I think it should actually be a little more readable, and we don't have
to worry about truncation etc. Also, the name of the group will be right
there in the message, so it's not like you won't be able to figure it out.
