Gah! No, absolutely not. You will be able to subscribe to a remote group
like you subscribe to a remote user. From the protocol level, there's
not a difference.
Addressing a remote user will require using a namespaced group name,
just like we're going to do with usernames. So !php%identi.ca, or
!army.twit.tv/foo.
