I was going through the Laconica bug list today and as part of my explorations I took a closer look at the regular expressions for identifying and correctly link-ifying hashtags and groups ('bangtags'). I also found a function, `common_at_hash_link()` that seems to be matching text that might look like "@#sometext" (without the quotes). However, in my test install of the 0.7.x branch, I can't seem to get at-hash-ish text to linkify and I'm not sure why.

So, rather than bang my head against this for hours, I thought I'd throw out the very simple question: what's an at-hash link? Is there documentation I've missed (I searched but didn't find any on the Laconica Trac).
