Twitter occasionally has trouble identifying source attribute. It might
be on their side.

Did you change the integration source as described in the README? If
you did, then it might say "from Web". You have to get a key from Twitter.
Yeah, don't change that. You're stuck with 'Laconica' until we get our
OAuth implementation finished.
Zach, what's the URL for getting a key?
Twitter has disabled source parameter registration for non-OAuth
applications. I'll update the README.
