The following patch includes links in the RSS 1.0 feeds from each
item to the recipient(s) to whom the notice is addressed.

For example, a message that includes the at-reply text "@evan" would
include the following in the RSS:
<statusnet:recipient
rdf:resource="http://identi.ca/user/1#acct"; />
This info could be useful for mashups, archiving, etc.
The main reason I want a few people to test it is load - it creates a
bit of extra work for the database. It may be that this load is
negligible when you factor in all the caching that statusnet has
built into it; but it may be that the load makes the patch
impractical for any but the smallest installations of the software.
So I'd especially value feedback from people running installations
with dozens or hundreds of users.
