User confirmed that the question is solved:
Tested everything on a celan machine.
The problem is "easy_install3 ladon" it atempts to install "Jinja2 2.7" that is
not compatible with "python3.2" and "ladon".
so you must manually install "jinja2 2.6" and ladon and everything works
fine.
