*UPDATE: 152 N Vermont Av* Pt was safely removed. US&R members placed a 'capture strap' around patient which will allowed them to safely raise her to the roof. The units worked slowly and safely to prevent injury. Patient is being assessed. NFD - Margaret Stewart###
