Fire extinguished before any extension into adjacent buildings. No injury. Firefighters holding the smoldering fire in check and minimizing water run-off. LAFD Haz-Mat Team testing run-off and surrounding area for possible chemicals and ensuring safety. LA County Health & Street Maintenance requested to assist with containing run-off.
