*UPDATE: 717 W Olympic Blvd* *27* story residential and business high rise was restoring water to their fire alarm system when a water pipe broke on 25th floor. Water is affecting areas of the floors below the break. The water system has been shut down however residual water flow is expected. The building has been evacuated. No injury.
