this is not possible with LAM. You need to create the group first.
Please note that depending on the number of users these additional
groups may be a large overhead.

This can be done by choosing an LDAP suffix that is parent of both
subtrees. For ou=system,dc=company and ou=groups,dc=company this would
be dc=company.
