the user selection shows all LDAP entries in the user suffix that have
the object class posixAccount. So these accounts either do not have the
Unix extension or are located in a separate part of the LDAP tree.

Your LAM admin user is probably the default admin account with full
access rights. This account is usually either a virtual account or based
on the object class simpleSecurityObject. In both cases the posixAccount
is missing and LAM will not display it.

If you post the LDIF export of one group and a non-visible account then
I can take a deeper look at this issue. The LDIF export can be done in
the tree view.
