Hello All,

I have a working LAM setup running in an OpenSuSe 11.3 Server in a test
environment.
I am able to create and delete users and groups just fine.

The issue here is that it never creates the Home Directories for the users.

My Lamdaemon settings are:

Server list: 127.0.0.1:LOCAL
Path to external script: /srv/www/htdocs/lam/lib/lamdeamon.pl

All rights default: 750

My List of valid users has "cn=Administrator,dc=linux,dc=local", which is the
rootdn that I use to login to LAM.
Whenever I create a new user, LAM does create it OK in LDAP ( LDAP operation
successful.

Account was created successfully.

)
But I also get the message "
Your LAM admin user must be a valid Unix account to work with lamdaemon!"
And the home directory does not get created. I´m sure I´m missing something
here. AFAIK, the rootdn should have permissions for reading and writing always.
Can someone point me to the right direction, please?

Thanks in advance,

Jayme Leal
