Hello,
I'm setting up lamdaemon to create home directories, which I've never
done in all the years I've used LAM, and I've running into a problem...I
need for location where the directories are created to be different than
the homeDirectory value.
I'm using autofs to mount home directories and on my file server the
home directories live under /srv/export/home/ and this where I need them
created. Yet I need for the homeDirectory value to be /home/$USER since
this is there they mount to on the servers. I've been through the
lamdaemon.pl code and there doesn't appear to be any way to accomplish
this.
Am I missing something or is this not possible with the current
implementation? If it's not consider this a feature request. And will
I'm at it how about the ability to specify an alternate to /etc/skel ;-)
Thanks!
